Hehe, I really love flowers. I like to touch their petals when I walk by them, so smooth and soft (an action which my sister always scold me and say that my skin may get irritated- I have skin allergy).

Woo, Gek shan want me to draw a sunflower for her display picture. Hmm, she really really like sunflower wor... Fufufu, she even insisted that she wanted a coloured one. So I used my 姐姐牌 (sister brand) magic pen again. When my sister saw this picture, she almost fainted. Haha, no la, she just said: My magic pen... ... I buy one. This is such a waste... I feel so bad, so I used my own orange marker for the colour effect.

This is the one I used as display picture (Refer to my previous post regarding display picture). This is actually draw on the same day as the sunflower... Now you know why I used my new marker instead of the 姐姐牌 (sister brand) magic pen.
The two pictures above are drew on 10th May, Sunday.
- Rose -
This was drew on the 14th of May, Thursday. I went to a Temple with my mum on that day. After that, we pass by a florist shop and my mum saw two pots of rose which she later brought. She likes planting and loves rose. I was telling her that I was never able to draw rose and she told me I can try again now that we have two pots at home. Haha, this is the first time I manage to draw something that is recognisable as rose, I'm so happy!!!

I was msn-ing with Gek Shan tonight. She told me that her sister want me to draw for her and Gek Shan said to draw lavender. I was like... stun... what?!? Lavender is so difficult to draw!!! So I went online to look for some photographs of lavender. The drawing above was based on photograph on the Internet. I used picasa to apply soft edge for the effect. This is draw with purple marker and colour pencil.
I was quite sad actually, because Gek Shan's sister said that it was not nice, don't look like lavender. When I show them the photograph which I referred when I draw it, she just said erm.. erm... * heart breaks. So she took the picture of the rose for her display picture instead of the lavender...
